Meet the Team

Warren Smith

Director

Warren started developing Access Solicitor in 2008, drawing on almost 15 years of experience working as both a lawyer and in business development.

As a lawyer Warren is dual qualified in the UK and US. He began his legal career with Denton Hall in London and Tokyo before moving in-house, where he helped establish television company FremantleMedia's global enterprises division and then Endemol's global commercial division.

Warren’s non-legal roles have included director of international new media for NBC Universal TV Distribution and business development director for a media recruitment company. He has also provided consultancy services to a number of blue-chip media businesses across Europe and the US.

Divyang Mistry

Finance Director

Divyang is an angel investor and consummate entrepreneur; he launched his first company while still at university. He started his career with PriceWaterhouse in London and Geneva where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Most recently (1999 to 2007) he was at CTN, a corporate communications agency, where he was responsible for a successful management buyout from a joint venture with ITN and Burson Marsteller. As CTN's Finance and Operations Director, he was responsible for all operational, financial, IT, HR and legal matters. He is a director of Leesman Index and Teachable.

Paul Kennedy

Director

Paul studied law at Oxford before training with Slaughter and May, where he qualified as a solicitor in 2000. He practiced in the corporate and commercial department for several years before studying for an MBA at the London Business School.

Josh Yetman

Legal Services Co-ordinator

Josh is studying LLB Law at the University of Westminster. He joined Access Solicitor after taking part in 21^st Century Law Programme at Michigan State University. His primary focus is on legal services research and the development of partnerships with practitioner bodies and by association their members.

Abigail Townsend

PR and Editorial Consultant

Abigail is a senior business journalist who writes for a number of national newspapers and magazines. As well as overseeing production of the site’s editorial content, Abigail manages media relations for Access Solicitor.
