Áine McCartney is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group, specialising in construction and engineering disputes. Áine has extensive experience in dealing with proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court, arbitration proceedings (including international arbitration), adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution. She also has a great deal of experience procuring construction projects using the full range of standard forms (including JCT, NEC, IChemE and FIDIC forms), bespoke contracts and framework agreements.
She has acted in respect of a wide range of both domestic and international projects, including landmark office developments, hotels, data centres, healthcare, process plants and infrastructure projects.
