Alice is an associate in TLT's Corporate team and concentrates on work for the private equity community as well as mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses. She has also worked on MBOs, investment and shareholder agreements, share buybacks and group reorganisations.
Recently Alice has advised the sellers and management on the sale and MBO of Happy Days Nurseries with ISIS Equity Partners. Alice has also advised Savills plc on its acquisition specialist central London investment and asset management business Gresham Down Capital Partners and the Swiss-based Franke Artemis Group on its multi-million pound acquisition of Dart Valley Systems Limited, which specialises in water saving technology for commercial washrooms.
