Alice Hamilton is an associate in the Employment and Pensions Group specialising in UK employment law.
Alice advises on all aspects of employment law, including drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, consultancy agreements and compromise agreements. She also advises on recruitment and terminations, enforceability of post-employment restrictions and team exit strategies. Her non-contentious experience also includes advising on employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
Alice also advises in relation to conducting and resolving employment litigation and disputes and has contentious experience in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.
Alice gained a degree in French and Spanish from Durham University. She obtained her LPC at BPP Law School and trained with the firm before qualifying in September 2013.
