After a first career in which she qualified as a Registered Nurse and went on to obtain a BA (Hons) in Economic and Social History from the University of East Anglia, a Masters in the Management of Quality of Healthcare from the University of Birmingham, and Post Graduate Certificate in Management of Health and Social Services, Alison joined Buckles Solicitors LLP in September 2008 as trainee solicitor. Alison subsequently qualified into the Employment team in September 2010, undertaking both contentious and non-contentious work for employers. Alison had undertaken periods of secondment with local government legal teams and currently specialises in both Employment and Disputes.
