Personal Profile
Amar is a senior associate in Taylor Wessing's Finance group. He acts on a range of financing transactions for sponsors, private equity funds, international banks and financial institutions, servicers and investment managers.
Amar has a particular focus on the financing and restructuring of commercial real estate financing transactions and is also experienced in CMBS loan servicing, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance and general banking.
During his career, Amar has worked at the London office of a global US law firm and spent time on secondment with the European real estate finance team at Barclays Capital and the asset management division at Deutsche Bank.
