Andrew Hornsby is an associate solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department. After studying at De Montfort University and qualifying in 1996, Andrew joined Hegarty Solicitors in 2007.
Andrew’s expertise lies within all areas of commercial litigation including insolvency, contract and company disputes, injunctions and employment law. He is an accredited mediator and is also a member of the Law Society Commercial Dispute Resolution Panel and the Centre of Expertise for Dispute Resolution.
Andrew has a flexible approach to clients’ needs and offers outside visits and out of hours appointments where this is helpful.
Andrew’s legal experience has led him to be asked to write on commercial law for local newspapers including The Stamford Mercury and The Peterborough Evening Telegraph.
