Angellee is an Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group. She is involved with various aspects of business relations and, in particular, negotiating, drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, both domestic and international.
Angellee’s recent experience includes:
completing commercial due diligence on the sale of a large UK airport;
drafting and negotiating two high value cash in transit services agreements;
drafting and advising on several property management services agreements; and
assisting on several large outsourcing projects.
Angellee is one of the editors of the technology section of Eversheds' TMT newsletter and is a member of the consumer sector group.
