I studied Law at Nottingham Trent University and completed my legal practice course at Northumbria University in 2006. I completed my training contract at Foley Harrison and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2009.
I am experienced in all aspects of family law including relationship breakdown, divorce, disputes relating to children and domestic violence issues. I understand that seeking legal advise in family matters can often prove a very difficult and emotive time but I undertake to deal with cases in a sensitive and understanding manner.
I also practice criminal law and I have been a duty solicitor under the criminal litigation accreditation scheme since January 2010. I am experienced in representing clients at the police station as well as all aspects of Magistrates court work including trials in the adult and youth courts.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem which I can assist with. I will be happy to advice you as to the merits of your case and assess your suitability for Legal aid or provide you with information as to our range private fees if you are not eligible for public funding.
