I am an experienced Employment Solicitor, having gained experience in a number of reputable Legal 500 firms. I have strong expertise in all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, acting on behalf of employers and employees, with particular experience of the insurance, financial services and construction sectors. I have a strong track record for providing an accessible and excellent employment law service.
I have acted successfully for a range of clients including high net worth individuals, major insurers, companies including plcs, as well as national charities on a broad range of employment law issues ranging from the start to the conclusion of the employment relationship.
I have particular expertise in dealing with complex employment litigation which included claims of race, disability and sex discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deductions from wages and some aspects of collective negotiations concerning proposed changes to contracts, policies and procedures and advising individuals on the terms of bonus and commission arrangements, variations of contract terms, references, TUPE transfers, “family friendly” legislation, Data Protection and Working Time Regulations. I have extensive experience negotiating settlement terms to include drafting settlement wording for COT3s, consent orders and compromise agreements.
