Christian is an Associate in the Planning Team.
He is experienced in all aspects of planning law, including drafting and negotiating the terms of Planning, Highway and Sewer Agreements. Christian advises clients regarding compulsory purchase orders and enforcement notices, including listed building enforcement notices. He has also prepared and submitted planning applications and appeals against the refusal of planning permission, and has dealt with applications to the High Court and judicial review.
Christian works for house builders, housing associations, commercial and industrial developers, statutory bodies, retailers, leisure companies, energy companies, minerals operators, LPA Receivers and Banks
Christian qualified as a solicitor in December 2004 and is a chartered Town Planner and Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
