Chris focuses predominantly on Commercial Property issues. Chris decided to specialise in land and property mainly due to his practical experience gained prior to qualification in the construction and development sector. In particular, Chris is able to identify with the objectives of development clients and has a first hand knowledge of the practical issues they face; his experience assists in providing advice and understanding.
Specialising in matters of Commercial Property, Chris is comfortable accepting instructions for freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; property development; commercial Landlord and Tenant; commercial funding arrangements along with other matters expected of a solicitor dedicated to property instructions. Chris joined Ringrose Law as a trainee solicitor and following admission as a Solicitor specialised in Commercial Property Law.
