David is a Partner in our Construction Litigation Group.
David expertise covers over 25 years advising in relation to many forms of standard and non-standard contracts in the civil, heavy engineering, power and process and building industries both nationally and internationally.
He has extensive experience of many varied forms of dispute resolution processes both formal and informal including acting in domestic courts, arbitration, contractual and statutory adjudication, mediation, conciliation, early neutral evaluation and judicial intervention. David is a TECSA accredited adjudicator, a CEDR mediator, a member of the CIArb, a member of the ICC Dispute Resolution Forum and a founder member of the Adjudication Society.
