Personal Profile
As a solicitor in the firms insurance team, I assist on a broad range of insurance matters involving both professional negligence claims and coverage issues as well as property and construction disputes. I have experience in handling claims relating to contractors’ negligence and disputes falling under public liability policies and have also assisted on several high value professional negligence and public liability claims. The range of professionals I have acted for include solicitors, surveyors, insurance brokers and accountants.
Prior to qualifying into the insurance team in 2009, I spent three seats as a trainee in the firm’s insurance group and have previous experience giving coverage, claims handling and policy advice on legal expenses insurance for a major national insurer. My interest and experience in the insurance sector ensures the client receives dedicated, sector specific and cost effective advice, regardless of the value of the claim.
