David Quinlan is a partner in the Construction & Engineering group based in the London office. David specialises in domestic and international infrastructure projects and has extensive experience of project finance (including the UK’s Private Finance Initiative and Public Private Partnerships) across a wide variety of infrastructure sectors. He advises clients on all sides of the procurement process, including contracting authorities, sponsors, financial institutions, construction contractors and service providers.
David also advises on conventionally funded construction and services procurements, including the drafting and negotiation of construction documentation for developers, contractors and financial institutions.
