Emma i\s a Principal Associate in our construction and engineering practice group.
She acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a wide range of private and public sector clients. She advises clients on a broad range of procurement matters, including procurement strategies, construction framework contracts, standard building and engineering contracts, including the NEC, JCT, MF1 and IChemE forms of contract, associated framework and project specific consultant documentation, security and collateral agreements. Emma provides advice throughout the development period with a view to avoiding disputes and ensuring the smooth running and conclusion of developments.
