Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and worked for the London and Southampton offices of a national law firm, joining Buckles in 2013. Emma studied Law at The University of Leeds and obtained a Master's degree at The University of Leeds Business School. Emma also recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Litigation and Practice.
Emma regularly advises clients on general commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, termination and non-payment. Emma also has experience of Sale of Goods Act cases and general property disputes, including possession claims.
Emma acts for both individuals and private clients and has experience of representing clients in County Court matters and acting on matters in the High Court.
