Geoff is a principal associate in our real estate practice group and specialises in working within the transport and residential development sectors.
He has 15 years of real estate experience. In this time Geoff has worked for major public transport bodies in connection with development, disposal projects and infrastructure protection and for major national house builders in respect of the strategic and non-strategic acquisition disposal and development of land for residential development.
Geoff led on the disposal of a multi million pound portfolio of surplus assets for a public sector client and outside of the public realm Geoff led on the real estate aspects of a project to acquire land interests and to formulate a joint venture between two high profile national developers to facilitate the development of a major urban expansion to deliver 25,000 new homes over the 30 years.
Geoff has also spent 15 months on full time secondment to a major public transport body.
