Gill Bird is a Senior Associate in the Eversheds Financial Services Dispute Resolution unit based in Cardiff.
Gill qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has experience of dealing with complex lender recovery claims and was heavily involved in the litigation arising from the property recession in the 1990s. She currently specialises in professional negligence claims, including claims for negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud and has particular experience in handling group claims against solicitors and valuers.
She heads up a team of 3 dedicated professional negligence lawyers. Gill is a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution which she and her team have used regularly and effectively over recent years.
