Graham also advises on large scale technology projects including systems procurement and outsourcing. Graham regularly advises on data use, and is the co-author of the data protection section of Sweet & Maxwell's Practical Commercial Precedents.
Graham was previously Head of Legal at a b2c portal owned by a major UK retailer, has a degree in Computer Science and worked as a coder for Siemens before becoming a lawyer.
