Hena is a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution. She handles heavyweight commercial and corporate disputes together with procurement challenges across a number of sectors including local and central government, healthcare and energy.
Hena has a wealth of experience in High Court litigation (including the specialist courts) and is also experienced in methods of alternative dispute resolution.
She acts for national and international clients in a wide range of fields and has considerable experience of advising both private and public sector bodies. Hena is a member of the firm's national Public Inquiries and Investigations team and the firm's dawn raid team, having assisted with a number of Office of Fair Trading and European Commission investigations.
