I am an insurance litigator and specialise in defending professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds and advising on complex coverage issues. These claims cover a wide range of disciplines including in particular financial lines and insurance and reinsurance brokers. I regularly deal with complex high value claims with multiple parties.
I have formal mediation training by CEDR and I have obtained the Certificate of Eligibility for the Higher Courts.
I actively research my clients’ end goal and dedicate myself to achieving this.
