Ian is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Ian specialises in all aspects of complex commercial and mixed use development and investment work including joint ventures and funding in both the private and public sectors.
Ian's recent experience includes:
(a) advising on the re-development of New Street Station/The Pallasades Shopping Centre, Birmingham including the pre-let to John Lewis;
(b) advising on the investment acquisitions of The O2 Centre, London and The Kingsmead Centre, Bath; and
(c) advising on the CPO led extension to the runway at Birmingham International Airport.
Ian heads up a team dealing with the management of a number of shopping centres and leisure schemes across the country.
