Isabelle is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, dealing with public law matters, as well as general contractual and tortious disputes. Isabelle is a member of Eversheds' Inquiries and Investigations team.
Isabelle specialises in acting for public inquiries, in managing, collating and assessing all evidence for such inquiries, as well as dealing with procedural/public law issues that arise.
Isabelle's other area of expertise is in advising clients in relation to potential, threatened or actual regulatory investigations, with particular experience of advising clients in the energy sector.
Isabelle's core litigation work is a mix of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, warranty claims, professional negligence and misrepresentation. Isabelle's recent experience includes assisting a client defending and counterclaiming a substantial breach of contract claim by an international exporter, advising in relation to an earn out dispute and advising on a search and seizure order and freezing injunction.
