Jayne Flint qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Shoosmiths in February 2012.
Jayne has experience of advising clients in the public and private sector, particularly in the retail and industry sectors, on a range of contentious and non contentious issues. This includes reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures; advising on TUPE issues; advising on redundancies and restructures, including guiding employers through collective consultations; and advising on capability based disciplinary action and dismissals.
Jayne also represents clients before the Employment Tribunal in relation to claims of unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, contract disputes, and discrimination claims.
