Jayne is a Senior associate in the occupiers team of our real estate practice group. She specialises in all types of corporate occupier real estate work including, sales and leasebacks, disposals, acquisitions and general estate management. She also acts for a variety of lenders on real estate finance matters and provides real estate support on corporate transactions.
Her recent experience includes:
acting for HSBC Bank plc in managing their nationwide branch network and their real estate investment portfolio including acquisitions, disposals and sales and leasebacks;
acting for Severn Trent Water Limited on the disposal of 20 properties at auction;
assisting a partner and associate on the refinancing of 2000 properties; and
carrying out the real estate due diligence on a corporate asset acquisition of an educational establishment with 12 locations.
Jayne's key clients include HSBC Bank plc, Severn Trent Water Limited, Wolseley UK Limited and Hortons' Estate Limited.
