John Crowley is an associate in the Construction and Engineering group, specialising in providing procurement transactional advice and documentation in construction and engineering projects, and also advising on dispute resolution. John has acted for both domestic and international clients, and his transactional construction work has particular focus on development and acquisition finance transactions, acting for banks and developers.
John’s recent experience includes working on the re-financing of Grosvenor House Apartments, Park Lane, London. He also has experience working on PFI/PPP transactions, principally in the healthcare and waste sectors.
John graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University in 2006 and went on to BPP Law School, London.
