Personal Profile
Judith has extensive experience in international arbitration, including LCIA, ICC, SIAC, SCC and ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration Act 1996, as well as ancillary and enforcement proceedings before the English Courts. Judith has also advised domestic and international clients on complex and high-value disputes in High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings, including in relation to freezing injunctions and the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
Judith’s experience covers a wide range of disputes, including shareholders' disputes, energy and project disputes, enforcement of securities, sale of goods and general breach of contract and tortious duties. Judith also regularly advises on drafting complex dispute resolution provisions. Judith has undertaken secondments to the in-house litigation team of Shell International Limited, Eversheds’ Paris office and, on a pro bono basis, to the Mary Ward Legal Advice Centre in London. Judith is a member of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, the LCIA's Young International Arbitration Group and the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association. She is an advanced French speaker.
