Kate is an associate in our commercial practice group and a member of the firm's consumer credit group and retail finance sub-sector. She specialises in general commercial and consumer credit and acts for a number of consumer finance and financial services clients.
She has experience of drafting and advising on all types of commercial contracts including guarantees and novations, standard terms and conditions and framework agreements for the supply of goods and services, consumer credit, outsourcing, procurement, supply, agency and distribution and copyright agreements. She also has experience of assisting on the commercial elements of major corporate due diligence projects.
