Personal Profile
I am a trainee solicitor currently working within our construction team in Cambridge. I have previously worked in our corporate and technology & commerce teams in Norwich, and insurance in London. At the moment, my role involves assisting clients on a broad range of construction issues, from drafting contracts to preparing for adjudications.
During my training I have assisted with a diverse range of work, and have met a wide range of clients. A highlight was being part of a team advising the management of a breakfast cereal company during a high profile management buy-out. This involved providing commercially focused advice and meeting tight deadlines, and lead to a successful result for our client. I have also assisted with working for sole traders and start-ups, which requires a sound knowledge of your client’s ambitions, their business and its place in the wider sector.
