SP50 - Speeding on a Motorway

Should this happen the maximum penalty will be a fine, which will not exceed Level 4. You will also receive three to six points on your licence, and may be disqualified from driving. Individuals who are caught driving at a speed which is over 100mph are likely to be disqualified from driving.
