Employment Tribunal Costs

Up until July 2013 taking your claim to an Employment Tribunal was free. But now there is a new fee structure. The amount you will be charged depends on the type of employment dispute you have, as well as whether or not the claim you issue proceeds to a hearing.

The table below shows the basic fee structure:
