Personal Profile
Lindsay is a Pensions Adviser in our Human Resources Practice Group.
She read law at the University of Sheffield and obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Chester. Lindsay worked in pensions consultancy for over 7 years advising trustees and employers of organisations such as trade unions, co-operative societies, professional bodies and housing associations on all aspects of pensions law. She joined Eversheds in December 2007.
Lindsay advises both trustee and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law and practice. Her recent experience includes advising on scheme apportionment arrangements and clearance, PPF contingent assets, liability management exercises, Ombudsman complaints and the consolidation of pension scheme rules.
Lindsay is a committee member of the North West Society of Pensions Consultants.
