Personal Profile
I act for insurers, and their clients, in the defence of complex construction claims against various construction professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors and valuers. I also act on the defence of professional negligence claims against a wide range of other professionals including solicitors, brokers, and accountants and advise on policy coverage issues for insurers.
I have recently been on secondment at one of our insurer clients. This experience has made me better understand the insurance industry and how to best deal with claims against their clients when they arise. I know my clients want clear, concise advice so that claims to be dealt with swiftly and commercially. I expect to meet their expectations.

I have dual admission in New Zealand and England and Wales. I qualified in New Zealand in 2005 and have worked there as a solicitor specialising in professional negligence claims.
