Lynn previously worked for 17 years for one of the top five financial institutions, working in London and the provinces. She then decided on a change of career and read Law at Anglia Polytechnic University. She subsequently joined Foskett Marr Gadsby and Head LLP in 2000 and was admitted as a solicitor in the year 2002.
Lynn is the Litigation Team Head/ Partner. Her work involves all areas of family law including divorce, financial relief between both married and unmarried couples, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, contact and residence issues concerning children.
Lynn has been involved in numerous high value divorce cases where she has found her background in the financial sector to be an invaluable asset to understanding complicated financial issues.
Lynn has also established a niche practice in Landlord and Tenant Residential Possession Proceedings which is an expanding area of law due to the present economic climate. She is committed to providing a personal service to her clients.
