Marian is a Director and Founder member of AMD Solicitors with many years experience of commercial issues including advising on business sales and acquisitions and giving advice to start up businesses. She is responsible for Client Care at AMD and is committed to making sure that the company continues to provide the personal and caring service that it has developed a name for.
Marian sits as a Tribunal Judge in both the Health Education and Social Care Chamber where she hears appeals concerning children with special educational needs and in the Social Entitlement Chamber, hearing appeals for disability living allowance and employment support allowance. For many years Marian was a Deputy Receiver in the Office of the Public Guardian. Marian is presently on the panel of MENCAP solicitors.
Marian is also a civil mediator trained by CEDR and can mediate in commercial disputes, personal injury, employment and upon family claims, such as contested estates.
