Mark is a partner in the Corporate department and specialises in advising emerging growth and listed companies from the US, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, India, China and Japan on a wide range of:
corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures
strategic alliances, technology transfers and distribution and licensing agreements
corporate finance transactions
establishing, operating and growing businesses in the UK and across Europe
Mark's clients come from a wide range of industries and sectors though Mark has a particular focus in advising those in the technology, life science and defence sectors.
Mark and his team also act as General Counsel for the UK and Europe as and when required for his North American clients and Mark is often consulted when his clients make key strategic and business decisions in the UK and Europe.
Mark works very closely with Taylor Wessing's offices in Germany, France and Belgium and its network of relationships across Europe to provide a 'one-stop shop' pan-European service for his clients.
Mark has given many talks and lectures in the US, the UK and Europe on inward investment into the UK and Europe, both to inward investors and other industry specialists, and is recognised as a leading adviser in this area.
