Michael is a licenced conveyancer in the property department.
He began his career in property law working at the Land Registry in London and then Peterborough before moving to join a large regional firm of solicitors in Peterborough. Michael has worked for a number of other law firms in the eastern counties and qualified as a licenced conveyancer in 2001.
Michael deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing and has many years’ experience particularly in relation to developing estates, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. He is the latest addition to the Hawkins busy property department having joined the firm in 2012. He also brings to the firm his not inconsiderable ability as a single figure handicap golfer!
