Personal Profile
Nick is an associate in Eversheds’ projects team in our Nottingham office.
He trained with Pannone in Manchester where he worked in areas such as dispute resolution, real estate and commercial contracts. Since qualification with Eversheds in September 2013, Nick has advised on various business transformation projects (including PFI/PPP) using a variety of funding, procurement and contractual frameworks; Nick has been involved in drafting a wide range of contracts, working with clients’ internal teams throughout negotiations and progressing transactions to close of dialogue and financial close.
His recent experience includes advising a government department in relation to a major free-flow traffic project and an international sponsor of social and economic infrastructure in connection with the re-development of a hospital.
