Owen is an Associate in the real estate practice group at Eversheds LLP. He specialises in landlord and tenant commercial transactions, real estate finance, asset management, sales and acquisitions. He acts for a range of landlords, tenants, investors and lenders and has particular experience in investigating title.
His recent experience includes: acting in an ongoing basis for a major high street bank, carrying out the due diligence and reviewing the titles for their loan secured properties. Owen also acts for a high-end retailer and recently carried out the due diligence and title review on the acquisition of a 240,000 square foot distribution warehouse and for an eight story partially let office block in west London. Owen also acts for a range of banks, commercial property investors and public bodies.
