Paul is George Green's Senior Partner. The current edition of Legal 500 recognises that Paul is “undoubtedly a deal getter and doer”; The 2014 edition of Chambers and Partners comments that he "brings legal novus and commercial awareness to deals".
Paul specialises in all aspects of company law. His work includes private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate re-organisations, finance, banking and succession planning. Paul advises a wide range of owner managed businesses, banks and other financial institutions.
Paul is a former President of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the business advisory panel of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Trade and Investment. He also is a fellow of the RSA.
