Paula is a Senior Associate in our human resources group. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters acting for a range of clients (often in highly unionised environments) with a particular focus on complex employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal matters and multi-party disputes involving significant allegations of discrimination or whistle-blowing. She also has experience in advising on large scale restructuring and redundancies, business re-organisations and executive severances.

Paula is also a member of the firm's international HR team and is regularly involved in the co-ordination of international HR projects.
