After Graduating from Sheffield University, Peter was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. After qualification, Peter worked in the Midlands before heading up the Family Department of a large practice in Wales for a number of years. Peter returned to the Midlands in 1998 and joined Howell & Co. in 2002. He became a Partner in the firm the following year.
Peter has specialised in all areas of Family Law, including divorce, financial disputes, children’s disputes, co-habitation disputes, separation agreements, prenuptial / cohabitation / living together agreements and domestic violence and harassment injunctions for the last 20 years. Peter is also an Accredited Member of the Resolution Family Law Panel, a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a Qualified Mediator.
