Philip is an senior associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group specialising in Real Estate Litigation.
He acts on a full range of contentious property matters on behalf of retailers, developers, public sector and corporate occupiers in relation to all aspects of contentious commercial property work. Philip's areas of focus are retail, transport, telecommunications and the education sector.
He has organised and delivered a number of in-house and client training sessions on topics including dilapidations strategies, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Social Media for Business Development and pricing innovation.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Associate and a committee member of Building Appraisal Pathology and Performance.
