Philip is an employment law specialist who handles the full range of employment law enquiries that are received by McMillan Williams across all of its offices, representing employer and employee clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Philip's particular specialism is in high value sex discrimination cases and sexual harassment claims of which he has had a number of excellent results. Philip is regularly praised by his clients for his understanding and patient approach in dealing with what are often very sensitive and emotional issues.
Philip is also able to advise clients on Compromise Agreements that they have been presented with by their employer and where appropriate, assist in the negotiation of more favourable terms.
Outside of work Philip enjoys live music and spending time with his young family.
