Rakesh joined Bailey Nicholson Grayson in 2011 having previously worked in various law firms large and small throughout London and Essex. Rakesh has advised clients on all manner of criminal cases from minor road traffic offences through to more serious crimes such as Rape, Murder and Drugs Importation. Although gaining considerable experience prior to joining BNG, he was keen to expand this experience and in particular concentrate on Crown Court advocacy.
A fully qualified Duty Solicitor, Rakesh regularly advises clients at police stations throughout East London, Essex and Hertfordshire. He also regularly appears in all levels of criminal courts.He is a Solicitor-Advocate having attained Higher Rights of Audience in all proceedings both Criminal and Civil.
