Randeep is an Associate in the Trade Marks, Copyright and Media team where he advises clients on brand protection and enforcement issues.
Randeep acts for clients from a wide range of industries and has particular experience of advising in relation to trade marks and designs in the automotive sector. He has in depth enforcement experience, including through the application for, and execution of, a multi-site search and seizure order on behalf of a leading global brand.
Randeep trained at Taylor Wessing and qualified with the firm in 2010. Before joining us he read Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology at The University of Nottingham. He then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London. He is currently studying for the Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at The University of Oxford.
