Randeep is a Law graduate from University of Kent, she qualified as a solicitor in April 2004 from a private practice firm and joined Matwala Vyas in July 2009. Randeep specialises in the provision of legal services to residential and commercial property clients and also deals with wills and probate.
Randeep’s experience ranges from assisting with land acquisitions and disposals for mixed use development and to handling various types of commercial and residential property transactions for occupiers, individuals, landlords, lenders and investors.
Randeep has also acted for various local developers and occupiers of commercial property dealing with general commercial property work, plot sales, sales of properties by way of auction, landlord and tenant issues and providing a corporate support role in company acquisitions to include advising corporate clients on the property aspects of share and asset sales and acquisitions.
