Rebecca is a Solicitor working within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department having joined the firm 2010 after completing her degree in LLB Law at Aberystwyth University and her LPC as Leeds Metropolitan University.
Rebecca qualified in early 2013 and specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury litigation. Rebecca is based at the Sevenoaks office where she assists a partner at the firm on several complicated high value cases.
During her time at MW Rebecca has been involved in settling a number of cases. One involved a settlement for £9.6 million on a periodical payment basis for a child who suffered from Cerebral Palsy as a result of a NHS Trust’s negligence.
Her case load is varied ranging from delay in diagnosis of cancer to birth injuries. Rebecca passionately believes in having a good working relationship with clients which enables her to work on these very personal and sensitive issues.
