Richard Boucher became a qualified solicitor in 1998 and in the same year started his employment at Hunt & Coombs Solicitors.
He is involved in the Mental Health Panel Lawyers Association, and is also a duty solicitor whereby he is able to represent people detained at Police Stations.
However, Richard is a heavily involved in mental health law and he frequently represents clients in and out of hospital to ensure that his clients receive and maintain access to justice.
As well as a crime and mental health work, Richard is also involved in health and safety work, business defence and prison law.
